Welcome to DigiStock. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Product Condition

All MacBooks sold by DigiStock are pre-owned, second-hand Apple devices. Please note:

  • Devices may have minor cosmetic signs of use, such as scratches or small dents.
  • All units are tested for basic functionality before being listed for sale.
  • Specifications, battery health, and condition details are mentioned as accurately as possible in each product listing.

2. No Warranty Policy

  • DigiStock does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on any products sold.
  • The product is sold “as-is”, and DigiStock is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery.
  • Buyers agree to accept the product in its tested and final condition.

3. No Replacement / No Returns

  • All sales are final.
  • DigiStock does not offer replacements, returns, or exchanges once the product is delivered.
  • Exceptions apply only in cases where the wrong product is shipped — in such cases, buyers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (including unboxing video and images).

4. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full in advance.
  • We use secure and verified payment gateways. DigiStock does not store or access your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan-India using trusted courier services.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • While we ensure timely dispatch, DigiStock is not responsible for courier delays once the product is shipped.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiStock is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or performance issues that occur after delivery. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of the purchased product.

7. Governing Law

All transactions and any disputes arising from the purchase shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law.
Courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
