All MacBooks sold on DigiStock are pre-owned (used) and carefully tested before being listed. We focus on premium second-hand Apple laptops that are in good working condition.

2. Do the MacBooks come with a warranty?

No. We do not offer any warranty on our products. All laptops are sold as-is, and buyers accept the device in its tested condition.

3. Can I return or replace the product after purchase?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer replacements, except in the rare case where the wrong product is shipped. If that happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (video and images).

4. Are the devices tested before sale?

Yes. Every MacBook undergoes a thorough quality and functionality check by our technical team before it is listed for sale.

5. What kind of cosmetic condition can I expect?

Our MacBooks may show minor signs of wear such as light scratches or dents. However, all devices are fully functional unless otherwise stated in the product description.

6. What accessories are included?

Each MacBook comes with a compatible charger. Other accessories (box, manuals, etc.) are not included, unless specifically mentioned.

7. Is the battery in good condition?

Battery health is checked and mentioned in the product description. Since these are used devices, battery performance may vary, but we ensure it is in working condition at the time of sale.

8. How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

9. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship Pan-India using reliable courier partners. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

10. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

11. What if my laptop gets damaged during shipping?

We pack all devices securely, but if your laptop is damaged during shipping, please share clear photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours. We will evaluate and assist accordingly.
